Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and you have proof of purchase. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item was sent. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
