Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
